Tartu is considered the capital of Estonian street art. Head of Stencibility, Sirla, who has 15+ years of experience with street art, explains why this is so during a 2-hour walk. The tour will take place in the center of Tartu, we will look at older and newer works, each with its own interesting story to tell. Walls speak everywhere, we help to understand and translate them and expand the understanding of urban space.
